Visionary Fitness has been in operation since 2015 in Kingston, Ontario, serving a wide range of clients from age 13 to 81 with one common goal in mind; help everyone realize that the best road is the simplest and most basic one to take.

Mastering and maintaining the basics of life that keep us healthy and fit is hard enough as it is. We don’t need any added unnecessary complications. With an evidence-based approach combined with your experience and feedback, VF will tailor a well-rounded resistance training and eating plan that will help you look, feel, and move at your best.

I am the head personal trainer and am certified by Canadian Fitness Professionals.

I love the sport of bodybuilding, power-lifting, and Strongman as I feel they are the foundation for all sports we have come to love so much, and they provide the principles of success for everyone’s health and fitness goals."​


LAURA SKOBLENICK
​
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Specialist. Sports have always been an integral part of my life. Through the years, I have competed in figure skating, soccer, rowing, powerlifting and most recently obstacle course racing. People describe me as an outgoing, friendly, motivating individual. I thrive off a community of like-minded individuals.
It is my belief that fitness should include a mix of resistance, cardiorespiratory and flexibility training in addition to regular movement through the day. The exact training formula, however, is based on individual goals. I love to research and understand the rationale behind exercise movements and program design. What we do in the gym needs to translate to how we move in our everyday life and in sport. This is why I am an advocate for functional training.
